Production Process

  1.  Cutting the tube to a suitable length as fence size

  2.  Punching holes (Horizontal Rails)

  3.  Pressing the top (Vertical Bars)

  4.  Preparing for the welding work

  5.  Welding (Fully welded on the top, point welded at the bottom.)

  6.  Polishing (Cleaning the welding seam)

  7.  Sandblasting

  8.  Powder Coating (Powder brand: Akzo)

  9.  Pallet Packing

Each steel fence panel is separated by cardboard (or bubble film), then tied by the plastic band, wrapped in plastic film, and put on a pallet.

Each steel fence post is wrapped in a plastic bag, then by pallet

All steel fence accessories are packed in plastic bags and then put in cartons.

All loading and unloading by forklift.
