1. Q: Are the welding points easily to get broken?
A: Please do not worry about it. We will test the tensile strength during production.

2. Q: Are the fences get rusted easily?
A: Before painting, the fences must be sand-blasted and cleaned three times: water cleaning-- park rising-- water cleaning. The powders we use are Dupont or Aksu which are internationally famous brands, to ensure the plastic layer is beautiful, firm, and smooth, and the surface is resistant to ultraviolet and corrosion.

3. Q: If the quality is not met my request, how do you solve this problem?
A: First of all, we don't allow any defective products to leave our factory. We do strict quality inspections at every step and guarantee to reduce the defective rate to less than 0.1%. But if there is any problem, we will guarantee to solve it within 2 working days after your pictures or video proof.
